2. Memberships

Monthly or Annual Memberships:

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the payment is processed.

  • Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are typically not available after access is granted.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues that prevent access, in which case Veltraxy will provide support or alternative access to the content.

  • Verified medical emergencies or injuries preventing participation
  • Service interruptions or errors on the Veltraxy platform
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
